ITALIANO APPLICAZIONE DEL BRUCIATORE ALLA CALDAIA Bloccare la flangia (19) sul cannotto del bruciatore tramite la vite (8) e il dado (9)in dotazione (n° 2 x BTL 20). Posizionare sul cannotto la guarnizione isolante (13) interponendo la corda (2) tra flangia e guarnizione. Fissare infine il bruciatore alla caldaia tramite i 4 prigionieri e i relativi dadi in dotazione (7).

ITALIANO COLLEGAMENTI IDRAULICI I tubi di collegamento cisterna bruciatore devono essere a perfetta tenuta, si consiglia l’uso di tubi in rame o di acciaio di diametro ade- guato. All’estremita’ delle tubazioni rigide devono essere installate le saraci- nesche di intercettazioni del combustibile. Sulla tubazione di aspirazione, dopo la saracinesca, si installa il filtro, si collega il flessibile con l'eventuale nipplo di raccordo all’aspirazione della pompa del bruciatore, tutti forniti a corredo del bruciatore.

ITALIANO DIAGNOSI DELLE CAUSE DI MALFUNZIONAMENTO E BLOCCO. In caso di blocco bruciatore nel pulsante di sblocco sarà fissa la luce rossa. Premendo per più di 3 sec. la fase di diagnosi verrà attivata (luce rossa con lampeggio rapido), nella tabella sottostante viene riportato il signifi- cato della causa di blocco o malfunzionamento in funzione del numero di lampeggi (sempre colore rosso).

ITALIANO VITA ATTESA La vita attesa dei bruciatori e dei relativi componenti dipende molto dal tipo di applicazione su cui il bruciatore è installato, dai cicli, dalla potenza erogata, dalle condizioni dell’ambiente in cui si trova, dalla frequenza e modalità di manutenzione, ecc. ecc. Le normative relative ai componenti di sicurezza prevedono una vita attesa di progetto espressa in cicli e/o anni di funzionamento.
