3.5 LED functionality in HMI

At the top of ZTG 30-1200 A, 200-480 Vac ATS, there is a set of LEDs intended to
model the state of the transfer switch sources, position, alarms, and mode. A
considerable amount of information can be deciphered from the LED states. See
the tables below for more information.
