Print Problems

Solution
Set the Verifier Settings to READ/NO READ or ISO 15415/15416
Clean the verifier glass.
Make sure that the calibration card is aligned correctly to the tear bar.
Check the condition of the calibration card.
Lower Front Arm
Check the quality of the printed label
Clean the verifier glass
Calibrate the verifier
Calibrate the Verifier using the calibration card

No impact on the label verification status. The unsupported barcode will be
ignored
Recalibrate the verifier to make sure the ANSI grading conforms to the
standard.

Possible Solution
Try these possible solutions in order:
• Make sure that your media > print quality setting is
appropriate for the type of media you are using.
• The contrast may be too low. Increase the contrast.
• The printhead pressure may be too low. Increase the
printhead pressure.
• Replace the printhead.
Adjust the printhead balance.
