Touch the location shown in the figure (the area below the ink cartridge slots) to discharge any static
electricity .
2 . Clean Using a Cleaning Stick

Moisten the cleaning stick with the cleaning liquid .
Be sure to use one of the included cleaning sticks .

Clean in the sequence shown in the figure below .
Be especially careful to clean away any fibrous dust (lint) .
During this work, be careful not to touch the head surfaces (nozzle surfaces) directly with the cleaning stick .

Clean only the metal frame .
