11 Push in the knife.
(Fig.13)
• Push the pin by the edge of knife replacement tool. Fit
the pin against the knife holder.
Make sure that the pin fits firmly against the knife
holder.
•
12 Close the door.

• Tighten the locking knob completely.
13 Lock the knife.
(Fig.15)
• Tighten the four screws on the knife holder clockwise
using the Allen wrench.
• Insert the Allen wrench into the head of screw com-
pletely.
Be sure to tighten the screws completely.
Otherwise, the machine may malfunction or
WARNING cause injury.
• Store the Allen wrench into the hole as shown below.

14 Press the Reset button to reset the counter
to zero.
