Does the folded sheet stick each other
because of static?
- If the static is built up on sheets, they stick each other
and are not neatly stacked.
Fan the sheet well to reduce the static electricity
before folding.

Does the delivery belt slip?

Check the followings:
1.
The delivery belt is not cut.

The delivery belt is tensed correctly.

The delivery drive belt is not cut or not removed from
the conveyor pulley.
4.
The set screw on the conveyor pulley is not fully tight-
ened, and the conveyor pulley slips on the delivery
belt drive shaft.
Are antistatic tapes attatched correctly?
