START signal modes: PULSE/STATUS
There are two START signal modes: [PULSE] and [STATUS].
[PULSE]: UV irradiation starts when an external START pulse signal is input.
When the preset time has elapsed, UV irradiation stops.
[STATUS]: While an external START signal is input, UV irradiation continues.
When the START signal is turned off within the preset time, the irradiation stops.
When the preset time has elapsed, irradiation stops even if the START signal is still on.
