Emergency stop of UV irradiation -3:
[EMISSION] SW
Press the [EMISSION] SW on the panel to stop the UV
irradiation.
When the UV irradiation is stopped by the [EMISSION] SW,
[ERROR] is output because the UV irradiation has not
completed.
Hold down the [SET] key to release the [ERROR] signal.
