Mode to light multiple heads collectively with one external signal
[STATUS]
Mode to continue UV irradiation while the START signal
input stays on.
(UV irradiation continues while a foot SW stays on and stops
when the SW is turned off.)
(1) UV irradiation continues for a preset time within the period where
the START signal is kept on.
(2) The READY signal stays off during irradiation.
(3) The READY signal is turned on when all irradiation processes complete.
(4) The next irradiation can be started.
* When the START signal is turned off, the UV irradiation stops even
within the preset time.
(In this case, the ERROR signal is not turned on.)
