This book assumes you are using HyperTerminal Version 690170 as a terminal em-
ulator. If you are using another HyperTerminal version, or another terminal emulator,
adjust the instructions accordingly.

Task Overview

To configure the HyperTerminal window as an PC interface:
1. Start a non-specific HyperTerminal session.
2. Set the HyperTerminal properties as shown in Table 4-1.
