Operation in conjunction with digital control panel

The prover XL405 is not equipe with a digital control panel so it is necessary to have a BakerTop™
oven to controll it. (connect the prover to the oven with the cable RJ45).
The system also works in standalone mode, however, whether connected to the oven can use a range
of useful data and the osmosis system.
The "BakerTouch" control board works by touching the slik-screen printed glass (Use only your finger
and no other objects such as knives, forks etc). This way the user can set the appliance functions and/
or the required settings.
This type of technology allows the quick and easy cleaning of the digital control panel and also ensures
maximum reliability by avoiding any type of mechanical movement.
