4-4 Installation of DDA-80 (Option)

4-4-2 Installation Procedure

1.
Remove front and rear cover before start
assembling DDA-80.
2.
Install DDA-80
- Install DDA-80 at front delivery parts of
MC-80c, and fix it with four screws.
3.
Install two idle pulleys.
- Install long idle pulley on operation side
of MC-80c.
- Install short idle pulley on drive side of
MC-80c.
4.
Install speed control pulleys.
- Install speed control pulley on operation
side of MC-80c.
- Install support pulley and spacers as
shown in the right drawing.
- Install tension pulley.
5.
Install belt.
- Remove covers on both operation and
drive side of DDA-80.
- Install belts on pulley.
- Tension belt by sliding tension pulleys.
