Heating and working temperature are individually set with the control electronics. Opening the lid a security switch immediately stops the stirrer.

Safety Notes General Safety Notes • All equipment undergoes final inspection and testing before leaving our factory. However, if equipment is damaged during shipping or through any other circumstances, it must not be used in service. Please check the device regularly for damages. Damaged parts should be replaced immediately. - Page 6 • Prior to using the duplicating unit fill in duplicating gel. Don’t overfill the unit.

Installation The electric equipment is being delivered fully installed. The sealed plug can be connected directly to the mains supply 230 V/16 A. For installation please refer to safety instructions in chapter 2. Notes for the User Display Programming button: Press button P to display storage SP 1 (heating temperature) and SP 2 (holding temperature), dependent on the current heating level. - Page 8 LED OUT 1: signalises heating level for SP 1 (heating temperature). After reaching set temperature the display jumps to LED OUT 2 and LED OUT 3. LED OUT 2: signalises cooling level. After reaching the holding temperature, display goes off. LED OUT 3: signalises cooling level and for SP 2 (holding temperature).

Setting working temperature (heating and holding temperature) 1. Turn power switch (4) to on. 2. Press key P to get into programming mode. The upper display indicates SP 1 (during heat-up phase) or SP 2 (during cooling/holding phase). Use the arrow keys to modify set value in the lower display. -

Troubleshooting Device doesn’t start. a. Check fuse of the building. b. Check fuse of the appliance. Motor stands still. Check: a. if the lid solenoid (9) is correctly positioned in the cutout of the solenoid (10). b. if the duplicating gel is sufficiently reduced to pieces (if this is not the case, switch off the device before cutting into pieces!) -

Warranty We, REITEL Feinwerktechnik GmbH, offer a 1 year’s warranty beginning from the proven date of purchase. This warranty covers all defects traceable to materials, design or workmanship.
