- Page 2 Dear Customer! The POLIRET is a powerful stainless steel polishing unit with two spindles. The comfortable housing width enables simultaneous and independent working of both spindles. Continuous speed control between 800 and 4.500 t./min, perfectly adapting to requirements. The brushless motors are powerful, maintenance free and extremely durable. The POLIRET offers economic and precise grinding, polishing, cleaning and brushing of metal and plastic material.

However, if equipment is damaged during shipping or through any other circumstances, it must not be used in service. Please check the device regularly for damages. Installation The equipment delivered is ready for immediate use. The sealed plug can be connected directly to the mains supply 230 V / 16 A. For installation please refer to chapter 2. Installation For exhaust air and change of filters save a minimum space of 20 cm above the device. Connect the power supply. -

Emergency stop button 1. After pressing the emergency stop button (9), the device will enter the stop mode. 2. Turn off the main switch (11) and the switch of the polishing motor (6). 3. Turn the emergency stopt button to the right to unlock it. 4. -

Troubleshooting Device doesn’t start. a. Emergency stop button was pressed. Unlock it by turning the button to the right. Turn off machine and motor switch and wait 8 sec. to restart. b. wait approx. 2 sec. between main switch and motor switch c. -

Regularly replace or wash the filter bag (20) (see chapter 4.2 filter replacement). Note Clean and protect your device at regular intervals with the REITEL stainless steel care spray (Order-No.: 90405000) to remove lime, plaster and dust as well as other contaminants from the surface of the equipment and to prevent corrosion. -

Warranty We, REITEL Feinwerktechnik GmbH, offer a 1 year’s warranty beginning from the proven date of purchase. This warranty covers all defects traceable to materials, design or workmanship.
