GPS Configuration Menu

GPS NMEA Baud Rate – This is the baud rate used on the radio port to receive NMEA
sentences.

GPS PPS Polarity – Indicates if the TTL PPS Pulse is Active High (

Use Legacy GPS Timing – Enable to allow the radio to work with existing/legacy TD220X or
TD220MAX systems. Disable in new deployments so that GPS Bases will work seamlessly with
PTP units.

A mobile radio will transition from a system where the Legacy GPS Timing is enabled to a
system where it is disabled (or vice-versa) without a problem.
