1.0 INTRODUCTION

This manual is for users of the MDS TD220MAX Transceiver shown in Figure 1. It contains an overview
of installation planning data, specifications, troubleshooting, and instructions for using the radio's menu
system. This manual is intended for technical personnel who perform network design, configuration, and
troubleshooting of the equipment.
