7.4.2 Scan Time Synchronous Mode

[Operation]
- The normal I/O update (refresh) and remote I/O update (refresh) are performed after completing the
processing of normal I/Os and remote I/Os.
- When it takes some time to process the remote I/Os, the total scan time will also take a certain amount
of extra time.
