4.1.5 Reference (Check Flow Chart>
The flowchart for checking whether or not each station that is confgured meets the system specifications.
1) First, check the slave stations connected to the same master unit. Check the slave stations for each
master unit.
2) Check the remote I/O system controlled by one CPU.
