Getting started
The screen shows
PLACE IN CHARGER
and the flashing battery
icon .
The screen shows
LOW BATTERY and
the flashing battery icon
. The handset beeps
in ear piece during a
call.
The screen shows
HANDSET and the
cycling (low, medium,
and full) battery icon
.
When the screen shows LOW BATTERY, both the screen and
key pad backlights are off.
Battery has very little
charge and the handset
cannot be used.
Battery has enough charge
to be used for a short time.
Battery is charged.

Charge until the screen shows
LOW BATTERY (about four
minutes).
Charge until the screen shows
HANDSET (about one hour).
To keep the battery charged,
place it in the telephone base
when not in use.
