Battery installation

To install the battery
1. Match the color-coded label inside the
battery compartment, then securely inset
the plug into the outlet as indicated.
2. Place the battery with the label THIS
SIDE UP facing up inside the battery
compartment. Place the wires inside
the up-right corner of the battery
compartment.
3. Align the cover flat against the battery
compartment, then slide it towards the
center of the handset until it clicks into
place.
4. Place the handset in the telephone base
for charge.
