A function that detects phase loss in the input AC source.
Detection is performed using the fluctuation in the main
circuit's DC voltage. Also, in the case of degradation in the
main capacitor it could be occurred where maintenance

To set the detection time of input phase loss, "code b27" is
used. (0 ~ 100 in sec) When b27 equals "0", input phase
loss function is disabled.
