    Under warranty the cost of both parts and freight (standard freight) are covered by TROTEC. TROTEC must be notified immediately if faults are noticed. Send the part in its original packaging to TROTEC or to a designated point of service and at TROTEC’s discretion, customers receive a credit note for sending the replacement part.
