Installation
Before you start:
Please make sure that the device in the package is in good condition and that all assembly parts are
included.
Make sure that all the related equipment is powered-off during the installation.
Check the specifications of the products for your specific installation environment.
Check whether the power supply is matched with your required output to avoid any potential
damage.
Please make sure the wall is strong enough to withstand three times the weight of the camera and
the mounting. If it is a cement wall, insert expansion screws before you install the camera. If it is a
wooden wall, use self-tapping screws to secure the camera.
If the product does not function properly, please contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
Do not disassemble the camera for repair or maintenance by yourself.
2.1 Installation of VX-2MB-OD-RIWH Bullet Camera
Both wall mounting and ceiling mounting are suitable for the bullet camera. Ceiling

mounting will be used as an example in this section. These steps can also be applied to
wall mounting if necessary.
Steps:
1. Attach the drill template (supplied) to the installation location and drill the screw holes and
the cable hole in the ceiling/wall per the drill template.
2. Route the cables through the cable hole.
3. Secure the camera to the ceiling with the supplied screws.
