Wash hands before and after handling raw meat or
the grill operator utensils to prevent contamination
and health hazards.
Cooked ground beef must reach a minimum internal
temperature of 175ºF (79.4_C).

CAUTION: Be careful not to touch the grill
or splash hot meat juices while scraping or cleaning
the grill. The top grill platens are extremely hot
(380ºF / 193_C) and can easily cause burns.
