Cannot print
Cause and Remedy
• Is the power on?
→Turn on the power.
• Is the power cord connected properly?
→Check the power cord connection.
• Is an error message displayed on the printer?
→Refer to "Error Messages", and take
appropriate steps.
• Is the paper installed properly?
→Re-set the paper.
• Is the ribbon installed properly?
→Re-install the ribbon.
