    Assembled 2 Pieces Back and Bracket Remove pin. Rock the back forward. Remove 2 screws and hardware. Remove screw on each handle. Remove the assembled 2 pieces back and bracket. Place the new assembled 2 pieces back and bracket between the handles and secure with screws.

    Lower Cover Kit Remove pin. Rock the back forward. Extract the handle. Use a flat blade screwdriver between the two (2) covers and remove the lower cover. Extract the upper cover. Insert a new upper cover and clip it with the lower cover.

    Adjustable Arms without Attaching Bar Put the arm in the highest position. Remove the plastic cover. Insert flat-blade screwdriver in the arm tube. Remove the plastic arm cap. Remove three (3) screws. Reassemble a new plain arm. Insert the new plain arm in the arm bracket.

    Adjustable Arm Assembly Remove the eight (8) screws and remove the seat. Remove the three (3) screws. Place the new pair of adjustale assembled plain arm and screw the three (3) screws. Replace the seat. Don't forget the eight (8) washers between the seat and the seat's side.

    Seat Depth Adjustment Remove the eight (8) screws and remove the seat cushion. Remove the two (2) plastic slides. Remove three (3) screws, plastic bearing and lever from seat cushion. Insert the spring in the metallic lever. Position the metallic lever and spring on the cushion.

  • Page 13 Back Lock Handle Lumbar Support Adjustment Handle Hit the back lock handle with a rubber mallet to remove. Hit the lumbar support adjustment handle with a rubber mallet to remove. Replace with new handle and push it on with mallet. Replace with new handle and push it on with mallet.
  • Page 14 Hub Cover Use a flat blade screwdriver to remove the clip and the washer. Remove the assembled base. Extract the hub cover and place a new hub cover. Reassemble the base, the washer, and clip. Base End Cap HIT HERE WITH A HAMMER Remove caster(s).
