These sections configure PCIe ports.
On board 10G LAN
Enable or disable onboard 10G LAN. When it is set to enabled and the jumper JP14
is set to 2-3 on, half lanes of PCIE3 are used for onboard 10G LAN (PCH uplink) and
PCIE3 only has x4 function. When it is set to disabled and JP14 is set to 1-2 on, on-
board 10G LAN is not supported and PCIE3 has full x8 function.
