locked Cause of problem
X The motor is too small for the AMA to be carried out.
The parameter values found from the motor are outside
X acceptable range.
X The AMA has been interrupted by the user.
Try to start the AMA again a number of times, until the AMA is
carried out.
NOTE
Repeated runs may heat the motor to a level where the
resistance Rs and Rr are increased. In most cases, however,
this is not critical.
X
X Contact your local Danfoss supplier.
The current is higher than the value in 4-18 Current Limit.
External interlock has been activated. To resume normal operation,
apply 24 V DC to the terminal programmed for external interlock
and reset the frequency converter (via serial communication,
X digital I/O, or by pressing [Reset]).
This warning is based on the temperature sensor in the IGBT
module (Only on 400 V 30-90 kW units).
The temperature sensor on the power card is either too hot or too
X X cold.
X Internal fault. Contact your local Danfoss supplier.
X All parameter settings are initialized to default settings.
The frequency converter is auto DC braking.
Torque is below the torque level set for no load, indicating a
X broken belt. See parameter group 22-6* Broken Belt Detection.
Fire mode has been activated
Fire Mode has suppressed one or more warranty voiding alarms.
The power or switch mode power supply has been exchanged.
(Only on 400 V 30-90 kW units). Contact your local Danfoss

The frequency converter has a new type code (only on 400 V,
X X 30-90 kW units). Contact your local Danfoss supplier.
