The potentiometer
The output voltage is set to U
compensate voltage drops along long power supply cables up to the load.

Thermal overload possible
When adjusting the output voltage U
the permissible ambient temperature must be taken into account with 3 °C/V.
Note
It is only permissible to use an insulated screwdriver when actuating the potentiometer.
