Symptom
The Unit does not work
The Battery will not charge.
(Battery icon on screen is not
blinking)
Cannot make calls.
No ringing.
The call reception is bad (Static,
sound cuts in/out, fades etc.)
If the malfunction is beyond this table, or the corresponding solution is
invalid, please contact UTStarcom PAS Customer Service Center.
ADDRESS
Use a soft dry cloth for cleaning to wipe off any accumulated dust or
fingerprints.
Use a soft cloth dampened in water for cleaning to wipe off any heavily
accumulated dust and dirt.
Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents to
clean the phone.
Before requesting help please check the following.

Sufficient Signal Strength?
Keypad lock on?
Misdialed Number?
Ringer Muted?

Solution
Press and hold for 2 seconds.
Install the battery properly
Connect the charger to the Phone.
Plug in the charger.
Connect the Charger to the Phone.
Plug in the Charger.
Move to a place with stronger signal.
Press and hold for 2 seconds.
Enter the correct number to place the
call.
Un-mute Ringer
Increase Volume level.
Change your location.
Slow down vehicle or stop while using
the phone.
