Symptom
The Unit does not work
Cannot make calls.
No ringing.
The call reception is bad
(Static, sound cuts in/out,
fades etc.)
Cannot charge the battery
(battery icon does not flash)
Use a soft dry cloth for cleaning to wipe off any accumulated dust or
fingerprints.
Use a soft cloth dampened with water for cleaning to wipe off any
heavily accumulated dust and dirt.
Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents to
clean the phone.
Do not submerge the phone or charger in water or any liquid to clean.
Wipe off any liquids should the phone or charger become wet.
Before requesting help please check the following.

Solution
Press and hold for 2
seconds.
Install the battery properly
Connect the charger to the Phone.
Plug in the charger.
Move to a place with stronger
signal.
Input the correct number to place
the call.
Un-mute Ringer
? Increase Volume level.
Change your location.
Slow down vehicle or stop while
using the phone.
Connect phone to charger.
Plug the charger into a wall outlet.
