4.3.8.1 Set Security Option Descriptions:
4.3.8.1.1 Toll Call Lock
Prevents any person from using your phone without permission to make
long distance phone call. When the lock is activated, the handset can be
used to dial and answer local calls or use any of the other functions. The
default Toll Call Lock setting is Disable.
4.3.8.1.2 Code Request
Prevents any person from using your phone without permission. When the
Code Request is activated, the handset requests a password when the phone
is switched on. The phone cannot be used to dial, answer calls or use any of
the other functions until the correct password has been entered. The default
Code Request setting is OFF.
4.3.8.1.3 Change Code
The option allows you to change the 6-digit password for the phone.
4.3.8.1.4 Reset All
The option allows you to reset your phone to the default factory setting.
Address book records, short message service records and call logs are not
affected by the reset. The default factory setting are listed in the tables
below:
