1. INTRODUCTION This 4K UHD HDMI to HDMI Scaler is designed to convert and scale a wide range of HDMI sources for output to an equally wide array of HDMI resolutions. Input sources are supported at resolutions up to and including 4K@60Hz (4:4:4, 8-bit).
4. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS • HDMI source equipment such as media players, video game consoles or set-top boxes. • HDMI receiving equipment such as HDTVs, monitors or audio amplifiers. • The use of “Premium High Speed HDMI” cables is highly recommended. 5.
6. OPERATION CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS 6.1 Front Panel POWER MENU – ENTER POWER LED: This LED will illuminate when the unit is receiving power. When a valid HDMI source is detected the LED will be green, if there is no valid HDMI source, the LED will be red. MENU: Press to enter the OSD menu, or to back out from menu items.
6.2 Rear Panel AUDIO DC 5V HDMI OUT HDMI IN SERVICE HDMI OUT: Connect to HDMI TVs, monitors or amplifiers for digital video and audio output. Note: If no valid HDMI input source is detected the unit will output blank video using the selected free run color. HDMI IN: Connect to HDMI source equipment such as a media player, game console or set-top box.
