Remove the defective fuse.

license plate lamp
Fuse 7 - 10 A - control unit, ABS control unit
Fuse 8 - 10 A - alarm system (optional)
Fuse 9 - 10 A - auxiliary equipment

Fuse SPARE - 10 A/15 A/30 A - spare fuses
