ESD Guidelines for USB

When the USB interface is externally accessible, it is required to have ESD protection on the USB_D+
and USB_D- signals.

D400: RCLAMP0503N or ESD5V3U2U-03LRH ESD diode

The value of R607 can be harmonized depending on LED (D605) characteristics.
