SHUTDOWN (NORMAL)
Correct shutdown is important to safe operation. Follow
these general steps:
1. Come to a full stop.
2. Engage the parking brake (Figure 26).

3. Place the throttle lever (Figure 27) in the idle position
and let engine idle for 3-5 minutes for gradual cooling

4. Place the ignition switch key (Figure 28 in the OFF
position

5. Cycle hydraulic controls to eleminate residual pressure.
6. Remove ignition key.
7. Block wheels if on a slope or incline.
EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN
This power buggy is equipped with a safety kill switch. This
switch is located on the right side of the handle bar.
1. Push the power buggy's kill switch inward (Figure 29)
and listen for the engine to stop.

2. Engage the parking brake (Figure 26).
3. Place the ignition switch key (Figure 28) in the OFF
position.
