GENERAL INFORMATION The MQ Whiteman Power Buggy, Model WBH-21EF The operator controls the forward and reverse machine (recoil/electric start) is intended for the transportation of travel by manually shifting the control valve which directs concrete, concrete spreading and spot pouring. INSPECTION DUMP CYLINDER CHECK 1. Check the power buggy's dump cylinder as outlined in the operation section of this manual. 2. Make sure that both zerk fittings for the dump cylinder have been lubricated. HYDRAULIC OIL CHECK 3. Visually read the hydraulic sight glass (Figure 8) to see if the hydraulic oil level is low.
