LINKAGE CHECK Check and make sure that all linkages within the buggy are functioning correctly. STEERING CHECK 1. Check and make sure that the power buggy's steering turns freely and that there is no binding.

Engage the parking brake lever (Figure 17) and attempt to rock the buggy back and forth. If the wheels turn during the rocking motion, adjust the brakes as outlined in the maintenance section of this manual.
