Audio Control

Connect Audio

By default, most of the mobile devices should already have built-in microphone/speaker to support audio in
the meeting, without additional audio devices connected.

Mute/Unmute

Click the microphone icon on participants list to mute the user, and the icon will turn to
Click again to unmute the microphone, and the icon will change back to
muted by the meeting host, the MIC icon will be
unmute himself/herself, only the meeting host can unmute the participant. To apply to unmute the
MIC in the meeting, the participant could click to raise hand to indicate the meeting host.

Media Channel

When users join into the meeting, users could set the media channel manually.
Users could click on button

If users have the Bluetooth headset connected with the device, the media channel will be selected as

"Bluetooth Headset". Otherwise, the media channel is "Speaker" as default.
If users have a new 3.5mm headset or Bluetooth headset connected with the device, the media

channel will be switched to use the new media device.
If users disconnect the 3.5mm headset or Bluetooth headset, the media channel will be switched to

use other 3.5mm headset or Bluetooth headset as default. Otherwise, the media channel will be
switched to "Speaker".
Users can adjust the volume on the mobile device.
