Problem:
The message No Communication appears during measuring process.
Solutions:
• Move away the probe from any conductive or magnetic material (point it in the air) and try to
initialize the probe again by clicking on the No Communication message.
• If the No Communication message still remains on the screen, check if the Cable / Wireless /
Prog. switch or the ON/OFF switch were not moved accidentally.
• Check if AA batteries are sufficiently charged. It is important to pay attention to the screen of the
2
Archer
field computer. Some messages can appear. The PROBE LOW BAT message means that
the probe batteries are sufficiently discharged to give erroneous readings. After a few seconds, if
batteries are not replaced, the No Communication message appears. It is important to close the
MPP software before turning the probe off.
Problem:
The screen is frozen, nothing happens after a click, or the
one minute.
