CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the Filter (Weekly)

Preventive Maintenance - (Perform Every 3 Months)

• Failure to perform preventive maintenance as required, may result in leaks and/or damage
to the unit. Damage resulting from failure to perform required maintenance and/or leaks is
not covered by the warranty.
• To avoid personal injury, disconnect the power cord before performing preventive
maintenance.
Seal and Bushing Replacement
The parts listed below will be replaced during the following procedure. See the parts list in this manual for the
correct replacement part numbers.
• Drum bushings
Empty the Bowls
Skip to step 4 if the bowls are empty.
1 Place a large empty container
under each dispenser tap.
2 Turn the main power switch to
the ON position. Turn the mixing
switches to the ON
refrigeration switches to the OFF
(O) position. Pull out on each
dispenser lever to drain the
contents out of each bowl. If the
mixture is not frozen, hold the
container up to the tap to reduce
splashing.
3 Once the bowls are empty, switch
the main power switch OFF (O) and
disconnect the power cord.
