NCS4009-FC2-S-KIT comprises the NCS4009-FC2F-S (fabric card) and the NCS4009-FAN-FC (AFT).
Twelve pluggable front panel connections allow a single-chassis system to migrate to a back-to-back or
multi-chassis configuration in NCS 4016.
About Line Cards
The chassis supports the following Optical Transport Network (OTN) line cards (LCs), packet LCs, and Dense
Wavelength-Division Multiplexing (DWDM) line cards. You can have a mix of OTN, packet, and DWDM
line cards in the same chassis.
