Home Router

Connection to the web is optional. If web enabled devices such as PCs, laptops, tablets or phones
will be used to access the OmniHub, an Ethernet or wireless connection must be made to the home
router. For wireless connections, refer to the Configuration section of this manual. For Ethernet
connections, use outdoor rated Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable. Connect one end to the Control Pad
and the other to an available LAN port (not WAN) on the home router or access point. Refer to the
diagram below.
