Problem
Cannot connect to wireless
LAN.
• If any of these problems persist, turn off the power, pull out the power cord, and contact your sales
or service representative.

Possible cause
A wireless LAN option is not
installed on the machine.
Solution
Wi-Fi Direct connection and
wireless LAN connection are
enabled if a wireless LAN
option is installed on the
machine.
Turn off the machine, and insert
a wireless LAN option into the
USB port for the wireless LAN
option.
