4.7 How to control the speed of increasing and
decreasing of the upper feed plate
1) Turn the handle ② of the pressure reducing valve ①
of the solenoid valve attached to the bottom of the
table as shown in the picture [a]. Then both the
increasing speed of the upper feed plate and the
pressure to support when increasing go up. While
turning the handle counter clockwise, the speed
and the pressure go down. Accordingly control
at a proper speed and then fix the handle with the
nut ③ . (The control pressure when this product is
released: 1.0~1.5kgf/cm2
2) As for the decreasing speed of the upper feed plate,
the decreasing speed goes down by turning the
handle ⑤ of the speed controller ④ as shown in the
picture [b]. By turning it counter clockwise, the
decreasing speed of the upper feed plate goes up.
Accordingly control at a proper speed and then fix
the handle with the nut ⑥ . (At this time, the left and
right side should be controlled to be same.)
4.8 How to stand the sewing machine.
At the time of repair of the machine and when a user stands the machine, separate the Ⅹ movement cover ① and
the bed cover ② . When working with the sewing machine standing on, make sure to use the bracket ③ for frame
support.
