5.6. Installation on Mac OS X
Install the WiFi Network Camera following the steps until section 5.3. In order to be able to
configure the WiFi Network Camera on your Mac OS X the IP address of your router must
first be established. This IP address allows you to access the configuration data of the router.
You will then need the IP address of the WiFi Network Camera from the settings data. This
address allows you to open the configuration side of IPC-1A and adjust the settings of the
WiFi Network Camera.
Determining the IP address of the router
To determine the IP address of your router on your Mac OS X click on the apple symbol
in the menu bar.
Click on "System settings" and then on "Network". Select the current network connection
on the left side of the window. This is highlighted by the green dot. In this case it is "WLAN".
Next click on "Further options":
