Time: Measures time in minutes and seconds from the very first stroke.

Data Display Readouts:
1. Time/500m (AVG): A
measurement of speed known
as split time. It shows time
needed at current (AVG) pace
to complete 500 meters in
distance. The smaller this value
is, the faster your performance
time to complete 500 meters.
