Accessing Fryer for Servicing
1. Press off button on control panel.
2. Slide button to solid state.
3. Shut off the individual gas supply line.

4. Unplug all power cords.
5. Shut off the main gas supply line to the unit.
6. Pull back collar to remove the quick disconnect
gas line.
