Adjusting the tone of the audio output

Adjusts the level of high-frequency range (Treble) and low-frequency range (Bass)
individually.

Treble, Bass
Setting range
-6.0 dB to +6.0 dB (0.5 dB increments)
Note
▪ When both "Treble" and "Bass" are 0.0 dB, "Bypass" appears.
▪ You can also adjust the tone with the front panel controls. Press TONE CONTROL to select "Treble" or
"Bass", then press PROGRAM to make an adjustment.
▪ If you set an extreme value, sounds may not match those from other channels.
Configuring the volume automatically based on the
YPAO measurement results

Adjusting the high- and low-frequency levels
automatically according to the volume
Enables/disables YPAO Volume. When YPAO Volume is enabled, the high- and low-
frequency levels are automatically adjusted according to the volume so that you can
enjoy natural sounds even at low volume. YPAO Volume works effectively after the
YPAO measurement. For details, see the following:

Off
Disables YPAO Volume.
On
Enables YPAO Volume.
Note
We recommend enabling both "YPAO Volume" and "Adaptive DRC" when you are listening at lower volumes
or at night. For details on "Adaptive DRC", see the following:
