Mass Storage Devices:
Sony Storage Media 0100
Enable this feature for mass storage device emulation support. Select Auto to enumerate
devices according to their media format. The options are Auto, Floppy, Forced FDD, Hard
Disk, and CD-ROM.
xDCI Support
Use this feature to enable or disable the Extensible Device Controller Interface. This feature
provides support for USB OTG devices. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
SATA Configuration
SATA Controller(s)
Use this feature to enable or disable the onboard SATA controller supported by the SoC. The
options are Enabled and Disabled.
*If the feature above is enabled, the following features are available for configuration:
SATA Mode Selection
Use this feature to select the mode for the installed SATA drives. The option is AHCI.
SATA Port 0
This feature displays the information detected on the installed SATA drive on the particular
SATA port.
Model number of drive and capacity
Software Preserve Support
Port 0
Use this feature to enable or disable the specified SATA port. The options are Disabled and
Enabled.
Hot Plug
Set this feature to Enabled for hot plug support, which will allow the user to replace a SATA
drive without shutting down the system The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Spin Up Device
When the value of an edge detect or the value of an image binary (pixel) of a device is from
0 to 1, select Enabled to allow the PCH to start a COMRESET initialization sequence on this
device. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
SATA Device Type
Use this item to specify if the SATA port specified by the user should be connected to a Solid
State drive or a Hard Disk Drive. The options are Hard Disk Drive and Solid State Drive.
